Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Who are Too Much Competitions and what is it all about?

Too Much Competitions is your gateway to unmissable chances and exciting competitions. We specialise in offering premium prizes and life-changing opportunities designed to turn your dreams into reality. Our process is designed to be fair, transparent and easy to follow.

How do I enter a competition?

  1. Create an account on the website.
  2. Browse the Competitions page and select the competition you are interested in.
  3. Click Enter Now and answer the competition question. All entries in a single transaction use the same answer, and only correct answers are entered into the draw.
  4. Choose the number of entries and proceed to checkout.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket number or numbers.

What if I have not received an email confirming my entry?

Check your spam folder first. If the confirmation is not there, contact the team by email and support will help trace the order and tickets.

Can I enter for free?

Yes. The free postal entry route requires your full name, address, telephone number, email address, competition name and answer to the competition question. Postal entries must be sent by first or second class post to Too Much Competitions, PO BOX 81545, London, SW11 9TB. Bulk entries are not accepted and each free entry must be sent separately.

Can I enter multiple competitions at once?

Yes. You can enter as many competitions as you like, as long as you follow the rules and entry limits for each competition.

How do I pay for competition entries?

Card and wallet payment options may be available at checkout. Payment methods shown on the checkout page are the current accepted methods.

What happens if I get the question wrong?

Incorrect answers are not entered into the draw. You are still charged for entry, but you can enter again while the competition is open and within the maximum entry limits.

How will I know if I have won?

Winners are contacted using the phone number or email address provided. Make sure your account details stay up to date. If a winner cannot be contacted within the required claim period, the prize may be offered to another eligible entrant.

What if a competition does not sell out?

Live draws are guaranteed to take place at the date and time shown on the competition page. Valid tickets remain valid, and a random number generator is used to select a winner. If the first number is unsold, another number is generated until a winner is selected.

Who can enter the competitions?

You must be 18 years or older and resident in England, Wales or Scotland. Entries from outside the UK are not accepted where local laws are not compatible with the running of the competitions.

Where can I find my tickets?

Tickets are sent by email after entry and can also be viewed in the My Account area.

What is the difference between a live draw and an instant win?

In a live draw, entries are collected and the winner is announced during a live-streamed or scheduled draw. In an instant win, the ticket number is checked against predetermined winning numbers and you find out immediately if your ticket has won an instant prize.

How is the winner decided on Live Draw?

Everyone with a valid correct entry is placed into the draw. The winner is chosen at random from valid entries using a random number generator. The exact date and time are shown on each competition page.

How is the winner decided on Instant Win?

Instant win competitions have predetermined prize numbers. If your ticket number matches one of the predetermined winning numbers, you win the prize allocated to it. Some instant win competitions also include an end prize live draw.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free for prizes unless a specific competition page says otherwise. You only pay for the competition entry.

How will I get my prize?

Prizes may be dispatched by courier, collected in person, personally delivered for select prizes, or paid by bank transfer where the prize is a cash prize. The winner is contacted to arrange the best option.

Can I sell the prize if I do not want it?

If you are the winner, the prize is yours and you can keep, sell or gift it subject to the competition terms.

How do you use my personal data?

Contact information is used to run competitions, confirm entries, contact winners and award prizes. Full details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

Email the team if you wish to delete your account. If you close your account before entered competitions close, you may be withdrawing from those competitions and entry fees may not be refundable.
