Competition Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Too Much Production Ltd, Company Number 15408370, whose registered office is at The McLaren Building, 46 The Priory Queensway, Birmingham, B4 7LR. The correspondence address is Too Much Competitions, PO Box 81545, London, SW11 9TB.
2. The competition
These terms apply to competitions listed on the website. The promoter may offer different competition formats. Subject to the free entry route, an entry fee is payable each time you enter. Entrants may be required to correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by the promoter.
3. How to enter
Each competition runs from the opening date to the closing date shown on the website. All entries must be received before the specified closing time. If a maximum number of entries applies, it will be stated on the competition page.
Entrants must open an account before entering. Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts may be closed and the entrant may be prevented from entering future competitions.
To enter online, view the competition question where applicable, submit the online entry form, purchase the required number of entries and submit your answer where required. Entries must be submitted in English. Confirmation is sent after paid entry unless the free entry route is used.
Free postal entry
You may enter for free by sending your entry by first or second class post to Too Much Competitions, PO Box 81545, London, SW11 9TB. Hand delivered entries are not accepted. Include the competition name, full name, address, contact telephone number, email address and your answer to the competition question where applicable. Each free entry must be sent separately. Bulk entries in one envelope count as one entry.
4. Choosing a winner
Main draw winners are chosen by random draw from valid entries. Instant win prizes are allocated by matching the allocated entry number with the instant win number shown for that prize. Auto draws may select winners when the closing date is reached or all entries have sold.
Entrant names and entry numbers may be included on an entry list or spreadsheet published on the website and may be visible during a live draw. Contact the promoter if you object to publication, subject to legal transparency obligations.
5. Eligibility
Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees, agents, suppliers and immediate family or household members connected with the promoter or competition administration. The promoter may require proof of eligibility.
Automatically generated entries, incomplete entries, fraudulent activity, hacking, unauthorised use or conduct contrary to the spirit of the competition may result in entries being voided without refund and the entrant being excluded from future competitions.
6. The prize
The prize for each competition is described on the website. Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value, or with a cash alternative where applicable. Prizes are not negotiable or transferable.
7. Winners and claims
The promoter’s decision is final. Winners are contacted using the phone number or email address supplied with the entry. If a winner cannot be contacted, is unavailable, or does not claim within the required period, the prize may be offered to another eligible entrant.
Cash prizes are transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account. Evidence may be required that the winner is the sole or joint beneficiary of that account.
8. Liability, data and general terms
The promoter is not responsible for losses except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Personal data is used to administer competitions and award prizes, as explained in the Privacy Policy. These terms may be amended from time to time and are governed by English law.
